Guilt Free Lounging

When the first month of a new year rolls around, so do all the ‘betters’. Eat better, work better, workout better, be better. Maybe you’ve made 2018 the year of getting the things you deserve. And that sounds great, we’re all for being the best versions of ourselves… but, the accelerated expectations that come with January can be exhausting.

So, if you’re feeling guilty about indulging in some lounge time, about zoning out to some TV, about sitting on the couch instead of going to the gym, or laying around and not particularly doing anything …don’t.

This is a call for guilt free lounging, a call for everyone to take a moment to embrace being unproductive. Let’s all fall in love with doing nothing again… at least for a little while.
